Pott Rum Miniature - 4cl
Molasses taken from sugar cane is raw material of this rum, after pressing and then boiling the cane juice only the molasses remains. This forms the basis of Pott Rum which is then diluted with water and then allowed to ferment.
Once distilled this sweet "sugar wine" has an alcohol content of between 65% ; 75%. The fresh white rum distillate is diluted with water before being aged in oak barrels barrels for a closely guarded period of time. Only when deemed ready is caramel colouring added to make sure each and every bottle that leaves the factory is a perfect dark rum dark colour.
