What are your operating times?

Just Miniatures Wholesale business operating hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5.30pm (excluding public holidays). However you can place orders 24 hours a day, 365 days a year using


How do I place an order?

Please log into and simply add products to your shopping cart and follow the checkout procedure. If you are experiencing any technical issues, please feel free to call us we shall take your order over the phone.

What is the minimum/maximum order I can place?

We do not have a minimum or maximum order requirement. You can order from as little as 1 product to any amount. For orders over £250 you can take advantage of our free Yodel delivery service, for orders under £250 the delivery charge is £7.99. For orders over £1000 you can take advantage of our free pallet delivery service. If you require a pallet delivery and your order is under £1000, this will cost £49.99.

Can I cancel my order once it has been placed?

You may cancel your order once it has been placed. You have up to 14 days to cancel your order, please note you are unable to cancel your order once it has been dispatched. Please view our returns policy for further details.

Do you offer drop shipment?

Yes! Drop shipment is available to all Wholesale customers. Every order will be sent out as a white goods order, with no details of Just Miniatures or pricing. However the delivery label on the outer of the packer will have the return address as Just Miniatures for legal reasons.


Are my transactions secure?

As a security measure, all credit / debit card numbers are secured and encrypted when your order is placed on our website and we do not hold any card details once completed. This is to further protect you.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as PayPal & AMEX. We do not accept cheques or cash.

Postage & Delivery

Where is my order?

There are many reasons as to why you may not have received your order. These may include: shipping, payment or processing issues. Please allow for 2-3 working days to receive your order within the UK. Please check the tracking status of your parcel via the following sites: - For orders under £1000 for orders under please have your tracking number and delivery postcode to hand. If you still need help then please contact our customer service team, who will be happy to assist.

Who will deliver my order?

We use Yodel and Pallet Force, both provide excellent delivery services and we hope that this is reflected on your shopping experience with Just Miniatures wholesale.

How will my order be packed?

All single bottles are wrapped in bubble wrap and carefully packaged with filling paper around them within the boxes, all packs are carefully wrapped and sealed air tight to reduce the risk of breakages. As you can imagine shipping mini bottles can lead to breakages, however we strive to securely pack our products and keep them protected for in order to arrive to you intact and undamaged.

Do you offer Next Day / Saturday delivery?

Just Miniatures wholesale works on a day 1 to day 3 service, if you place your order before 2pm, it will be processed on the same day and delivery should take up to 2 days within the UK, usually the next working day! Orders received on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

I received a faulty / damaged bottle, what shall I do?

We’re really sorry to hear that you have received an item that’s not in perfect condition. So that we can get this fixed for you please email or call us on 01473 820 620. To help us get this fixed for you as soon as possible, when you first contact us please include the following information: • Your name • Order number • Product name and code • Picture of the fault • Description of the fault • Picture of the Packing Slip included in your order (The product name and code can be found on your order confirmation email).


Can I return something that I ordered?

If you are a customer in the European Economic Area (EEA), you are to have 14 calendar days to cancel your order because you have changed your mind. This two week cancellation period starts from the day you have received all of the items in your order. Please note that to receive this refund you need to keep all items, original packaging, outer packaging and the packing slip included in your order.

If you receive faulty goods, you may also have a right to return these goods and to ask us to repair or replace them or get a refund.

If you have missing items in your order, you must keep the packing slip as your receipt, or we will not have enough information to process the refund.

Please note, if the delivery has been attempted twice or more and you were unavailable to receive the package / did not pick the package at the collection hub on time you will not receive a refund.

Do I have to pay anything for returning my order?

You will need to pay postage on all items returned to Just Miniatures Wholesale.
